How should beginners start the gym workout?

Beginners, when got into the gym first time, their wish and imagination is to get the sleeve busting biceps, well developed chest and overall physic in one day and they feel it quite easy to achieve these goals with copy paste method. 

This is not the way actually to take a healthy start for gym workout to get the desired results of your wish. The following things i would like to discuss which can help you take a productive start which can further lead you to the intermediate level. so lets discuss the following points.

Consult with gym general coach.



First thing a beginner must do before start the gym or play with equipment is to consult with your gym general fitness coach, he can better analyze you with the best of his knowledge regarding your physical needs, diet and from where to start and the most important how to use the equipment.

Focus on the technique not the weight.


In the very start, when you just acquired the membership of the gym, on the instructed path of your general gym consultant, Do as directed by the coach and focus on the execution of the exercise of different body parts, understand the each exercise hitting which area?. in short focus on the form and technique on the start line not the weight to copy the others already in the gym. 

Muscle-Mind connection.

As a beginner, a thing which can really help you out for your further goals of building muscles is muscle and mind connection. 



by doing each exercise, always try to focus and feel what you are doing and for what you are doing?. feel the muscle with your mind that you are pulling or pushing the weight and executing with the muscle not the hand, with this technique and connection, your targeted muscle will be engaged to get the max out of your goals.
