SECRET TO BIGGER ARMS


Almost in every gym, you will see the majority doing curls and crushes and alike movements at a higher frequency than other exercises to grow those big guns!Yes i am talking about the LITTLE BROTHER BICEPS and BIG BROTHER TRICEPS. Biceps are like little brothers in arms having weak and the smallest muscles of all body parts containing only 2 heads 1.short head and 2.long head.while the triceps have 3 heads and covered the major portions of the arms.

today i am going to reveal the secrets of bigger arms with totally new and opposite theory than the conventional and frequent way. on the day of arms you only have to do the reps with light to medium weight and high reps totally focusing on the form only not the weight.





DON'T PUT WEIGHT ON THE ARMS DAY


i have a logical reason for this, just think that your arms are the most victims of hitting throughout the weekly routine of your gym experience, the triceps get involved with the chest exercises ultimately and the biceps will always go with the back exercises, and these 2 major workout portion will allow you to hold the most of the weight of your capacity and that why these exercise are the major reason and the way to put on the mass on the arms not the heavy curls and crushes etc... on the particular arms day you should go for the proper form not the weight, this help you in shaping up the mass area and to activate the other small muscles which requires a delicate weight to be treated with.

Conclusion: Always get the light to moderate weight on the arms day by focusing on the proper form not the weight. and the let the chest and back exercises be responsible for the mass on the arms as the arms gets maximum load on bi's and tri's in these workouts.
