DON'T GO FOR FRONT SHOULDERS MOVEMENT ON SHOULDER'S DAY.

DON'T HIT FRONT DELTS ON SHOULDER DAY IF YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR SHOULDER EVEN AND BIGGER.



Today i am going to tell your the secret of getting bigger and wide shoulders with the less of the hitting in the gym. you don't need to hit the shoulders many ways on the shoulder's day as the 20% of your shoulders workout you have already done compoundly on the chest day. Yes on the chest day when go through the lots of presses movements like flat bench press, incline bench press, decline bench press and same as the movements with dumbbells, your front delts or front shoulders are always take a part with them and get involved ultimately as you do your chest press movements.


so on the typical shoulder's day you don't need to work on the front delts like front barbell press instead, you can do side dumbbell press or the back neck barbell press to hit the sides(Lateral) and the back posterior deltoid or shoulder. which makes truly the width of the shoulder.


Lesson Learned:

so what we learned from the above that on the shoulder's day do some variations and exercises of the side and back posterior deltoid like side dumbbell press, back neck barbell press and side dumbbell raise or wide grip barbell pull-up etc...this will give you the time to give the even time to the side and back brother of the shoulders and will give you an even, well-shaped shoulder.
